A nice development: I'll be teaching my Aquinas seminar in Spring, 2013

In the spring of 2012 I'll be on a much-needed sabbatical, during which time I genuinely hope to hammer out this book that's been rattling around in my head for more than a decade. I expected upon my return to have a full year of undergraduate teaching—usually our touchstone Introduction to Theology course—but learned from my department chair today that we will be creating space in our graduate course schedule for an instance of the Thomas Aquinas course, which I will teach.

That puts some wind into my sails. Time to start bouncing ideas off the wall. . .
